Donington Park
Track Days
A racers favourite, set in parkland providing a stunning arena for spectators and competitors alike. The track is fast, flowing and will forever be remembered for what was subsequently voted the 'lap of the century' when Ayrton Senna overtook five cars on the opening lap of the 1993 British Grand Prix. The full GP layout features the Melbourne Loop and is 2.498 miles and the shorter National Circuit is 1.957 miles.
Circuit Guide
Our Chief Instructors View.
"For me, this is possibly at the top of my list for UK tracks. Everything about Donington Park just screams excitement and reward, from the moment you enter the Craner Curves on your first lap a sense of fear and respect for the track falls upon you. It is one track that demands a lot of concentration, as one minor mistake can be the end of it all! The fantastic back end of the circuit keeps the high speed adrenaline fuelled character that Donington offers and it all finally finishes with a mighty quick, but technical right- left chicane to bring you onto the start finish at all sorts of angles!"
